Andrew Founder of Connect4U Headshot

Andrew Walters

GENERAL MANAGER

Andrew established Connect4U in 2019 after seeing a need in the marketplace for NDIS participants to have access to truly independent advice, free from actual and perceived conflicts of interest.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Social Science and a Graduate Certificate in Human Service Management. And with more than 20 years’ experience working in the disability and child safety fields, he has a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for people with complex support needs.

Andrew understands on a personal level how the impacts of a disability can affect families. He ensures that Connect4U Australia always works compassionately and collaboratively with NDIS participants, their families and stakeholders to help people exercise choice and control over their lives.

Our great team of Support Coordinators has worked with and helped over 600 people since 2019.

We deliver Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services to participants with a wide range of disability support needs.

We can provide our support coordination services remotely to NDIS participants across Australia through phone contact or video chat.

Margie - NDIS Support Coordinator

Margie Walters

MANAGER – BUSINESS SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT

Margie has a lifetime of experience advocating for family members with a disability.

Margie has a Bachelor of Mass Communication and a Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences, and over 25 years’ experience in government roles in disability support, program management, community engagement and human services change management.

Passionate and enthusiastic, Margie takes a collaborative approach with NDIS participants, building trusting relationships by listening to people and helping them and their families plan, design and implement creative solutions to address complex issues to help people be more included in the day-to-day life of their communities.

Belinda - NDIS Support Coordinator

Belinda Hackney

MANAGER – SUPPORT COORDINATORS

Belinda joined the team after working as a support worker for several years. In these positions, Belinda has worked closely with Connect4U Australia Support Coordinators and has gone above and beyond her role, assisting participants with detailed tasks such as organising complex therapies, NDIS reviews and appeals.

Belinda has a Double Diploma in Business / Leadership and Management and has previously worked for more than ten years in management roles in hospitality and retail. Belinda is an effective communicator, is well-organised and knows the importance of getting things done for the participants she supports so they can become more independent and achieve their goals.

Compassionate and caring, Belinda has lived experience of disability, providing many years of support and advocacy for a parent with an acquired brain injury.

BRISBANE

Abey - NDIS Support Coordinator

Abey Abraham

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Abey is a driven, passionate individual who helps clients build and maintain meaningful working relationships with providers, so that they can live life on their own terms. He is multilingual and culturally diverse and has the ability to establish lasting personal and professional relationships under a variety of circumstances.

Abey has a Bachelor of Commerce and dual Masters in Professional Accounting and Business Administration. He is skilled at developing and monitoring budgets and coordinating support providers who will work hard so participants can make the most of their NDIS plans.

Ben - Manager, NDIS Support Coordination

Ben Honan

SUPPORT COORDINATOR AND BOOKKEEPER

Ben is a motivated and resourceful all-rounder. With dual Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Law and a background in government disability services, Ben has expertise in developing positive relationships with stakeholders and brings diverse knowledge and critical thinking to his work.

Ben provides quality Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services to the participants he supports. Ben also provides bookkeeping services for Connect4U Australia.

In these roles, Ben maintains active engagement with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and continuity of support. He is results-focused and committed to connecting NDIS participants to service providers and support networks to help them achieve the best outcomes from their plans.

Bep - NDIIS Support Coordinator

Bep McMinn

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Bep has extensive experience working in multi-faceted client focussed roles supported by tertiary qualifications in Business and Vocational Education and Training.

Bep has an innate desire to help others. After assisting a family member through a significant work injury resulting in permanent disability, Bep has translated this to working in the area of support coordination.

Bep has a strong work ethic and is a confident problem solver, and is passionate about simplifying the NDIS journey for participants to empower them to get the most out of each and every day.

Brigid - NDIS Support Coordinator

Brigid Wilkins

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Brigid has over 40 years’ experience in finance and administrative roles and has lived experience caring for family members and friends with a disability. Brigid is passionate about helping support participants and their families and carers engage with the right supports and services to help them achieve their goals. Brigid takes a ‘hands on’ approach to this and is readily available if you ever are uncertain of something or just need a chat.

Brigid has an easy manner and understands the importance of building a connection with the participants she supports, based on trust and honesty. These are the foundations that make for strong lasting relationships.

Brigid is committed to ensuring that every participant is treated with dignity and respect, that they have choice and control over the decisions affecting their life and opportunities to maintain their independence.

Keaton - NDIS Support Coordinator

Keaton Davis

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Keaton is an enthusiastic young man who always advocates for the participants he supports. With a background in exercise therapy and teaching, Keaton has several years’ experience in the disability sector as a support worker and understands the ins and outs of the NDIS system.

Keaton has lived experience of disability through supporting a family member to be able to reach their goals.

Keaton supports people with a disability to have choice and control over the decisions that are important to them. He is passionate about people being able to live the lives they want and will facilitate that in the best ways possible.

Liam - NDIS Support Coordinator

Liam Morland

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Liam has over eight years’ experience working in the not-for-profit sector and has a passion for community mental health.

With a background in Communications, Liam enjoys developing strong relationships with stakeholders, including participants, families and support providers.

Liam is committed to understanding his clients and delivering the best outcomes for their plans by connecting them to the right services and supports.

Saphire - NDIS Support Coordinator

Saphire Millis

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Saphire has extensive personal and professional experience in supporting people with a disability. She first stepped into this role when a close family member needed support in navigating their way through the NDIS and their plan. Following this, she gained experience supporting participants in the community and in their home in a support worker role.

Saphire has over five years working in senior management roles which has provided her with the skills, knowledge and experience to communicate with and coordinate people with many different backgrounds, cultures and beliefs. With her first hand knowledge, Saphire provides Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services to support people with disabilities to build their independence and their capacity.

Passionate, thorough and hard working, Saphire is committed to providing excellent service and support in her roles as a Support Coordinator and Specialist Support Coordinator.

Sonia - NDIS Support Coordinator

Sonia Efendy

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Sonia is an experienced professional specialising in supporting participants with neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, Acquired Brain Injury, and psychosocial disabilities. Sonia provides both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services to address the complex needs of the participants she supports.

With a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland, Sonia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise working in various government and community areas, including NDIS, QLD Health, Services Australia, aged care, dementia support and CALD communities.

Sonia empowers her participants to achieve their goals and walks alongside them in their NDIS journeys.

Tiffany - NDIIS Support Coordinator

Tiffany Painter

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Tiffany comes from a background working for over a decade as a support worker in a variety of contexts, including individual and group settings, with young adults through to seniors.

Tiffany has qualifications in Leisure and Health (diversional therapy) specialising in disability and aged care.

Tiffany has lived experience with family members and friends with disabilities and mental health challenges, and believes in a holistic approach to addressing each individual’s need for support. 

Detail-orientated and committed to taking a person-centered approach, Tiffany is passionate about helping participants improve their health and wellbeing, and increase their independence.

Carly - NDIS Support Coordinator

Carly Church

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Carly has several years’ experience working in the disability space, including as a Recovery Coach, Wellness Coach and in employment support roles over different locations.

With a Bachelor of Communication, Carly’s career commenced with customer experience, service coordination and marketing roles. More recently, Carly has obtained qualifications as a HCANZA Accredited Health & Wellness Coach and is trained in using tools in behavioural change, mindset, positive psychology, stress management, nutrition and physical movement to support people create and work towards goals to achieve a better level of health and wellness.

Carly has co-created and facilitated a Wellbeing and Life Skills program for NDIS participants and her skillset is completed with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

With lived experience and a solid professional background, Carly is passionate about assisting people with a disability to live their best lives.

Anu - NDIS Support Coordinator

Anu Maharjan

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

With a Bachelor in Physiotherapy and a Master of Health Promotion, Anu has been working in various roles in the disability sector for the past ten years, including as a physiotherapist, aged care nurse, support worker and participant support officer.

Anu’s strengths include needs assessments, data analysis, developing and implementing strategies, and influencing policy development to improve health and well-being outcomes for all people.

Anu enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life, and is passionate about ensuring people with a disability have access to quality services through the disability system.

Born in the snowy mountains of Kathmandu in Nepal, Anu has lived in Australia since 2017. Anu’s long-term dream is to one day establish a non-profit rehabilitation centre for people with a disability in Nepal. In her spare time, Anu enjoys the Australian outdoors life – camping, hiking and gardening.

Kylie - NDIS Support Coordinator

Kylie Richards

Kylie holds tertiary qualifications in Community Services and Education Support. With a background as a teacher’s aide, support worker and in customer service roles, Kylie has a caring nature and brings personal insights gained from her experience with family members who have disabilities.

Kylie understands the importance of fostering independence by linking people with the correct supports and services, and is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and thrive in the community.

Hard-working and with an attention to detail, Kylie is committed to enhancing the quality of life of the people she supports.

GOLD COAST

Alana - NDIS Support Coordinator

Alana Maxwell

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Alana joins the Connect4U Australia team with a lifetime of experience with disability. Alana has “been there in your shoes” having a physical disability herself as well as supporting other family members with a disability.

Alana is a passionate advocate for people’s rights and has a can-do attitude when it comes to getting things done. Alana enjoys raising awareness of how participants can make the best of their plans and enjoys being challenged to find new ways to help people with a disability achieve their goals.

Manoj - NDIS Support Coordinator

Manoj Ambatt

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Manoj has broad experience in the human services area, having worked with people with a disability for around ten years in a variety of roles including facilitating employment opportunities, and as a disability support worker. For the last few years, Manoj has worked as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) in regional NSW, and more recently on the Gold Coast. This involved working directly with participants and families to ascertain their needs, identify goals and build NDIS plans. As a result, Manoj has a comprehensive knowledge of NDIS policies and processes.

Manoj aims to simplify the NDIS process for participants, and works hard to maximise the supports in people’s plans to help them achieve their NDIS goals and aspirations.

Passionate about assisting people to become more independent and connected to their communities, Manoj identifies opportunities for people to engage with local networks and supports their participation to improve their quality of life.

Susannah - NDIS Support Coordinator

Suzannah Jarvie

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Suzannah is compassionate and committed to helping others. She has a background in finance, administrative and organisational roles with a high attention to detail.

Suzannah has personal experience helping to support a family member and a friend with a disability and loves being part of the positive changes she can see in their lives.

Suzannah understands the importance of good communication and building connections with participants, their families and carers. She recognises that each participant has their own unique needs and strives to tailor solutions to maximise positive outcomes and help people live their best lives.

Suzannah is committed to ensuring that every participant is treated with dignity and respect and that they have choice and control over the decisions affecting their lives and opportunities to maintain their independence.

Team Member - NDIS Support Coordinator

Dawn Priestley

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Dawn has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biological Science, and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching.

Dawn has previously worked as a Support Coordinator, as well as having over ten years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry, including working with children with a disability. Dawn has also completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Dawn has lived experience with disability, as well as keeping busy being a Mum to two teenagers.

Dawn is a heart-centred people person with a warm and genuine passion for helping participants to exceed their NDIS and life goals. Her mission within this space is to assist in positively guiding participants on their NDIS journey and open them up to new opportunities and possibilities.

Ciaran - Connect4U

Ciaran Jackson

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Ciaran brings to the Support Coordinator role over five years of experience as a support worker in the UK and Australia. He is passionate about helping people with disabilities achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest.

Ciaran is a hardworking and honest individual with an unwavering commitment to meeting the needs of each individual he works with. His exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable him to build strong relationships with participants, families, and support teams.

With Ciaran’s expertise, participants gain greater access to their community and have opportunities to take part in a wide range of activities. His main strengths lie in empowering individuals to live independently while also providing reliable and trustworthy support.

IPSWICH

Yasmin Humphris

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Working within the veteran community has fuelled Yasmin’s passion to give back to the community and have a career where she is able to help people every day to build their futures.

Caring for two children with a disability has given Yasmin insight and understanding about how important it is to have the correct NDIS supports in place.

Yasmin is able to quickly develop rapport with participants and their families, is well-organised and keen to support people to achieve their goals.

Yasmin is very family orientated, she loves to get out on the weekends with her children on nature walks or to the beach.

ADMINISTRATION

Jane - NDIS Support Coordination Team

Jane Ward

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Jane has a decade of experience working within the banking sector providing financial administration and support. Jane has a Certificate IV in Community Services and is completing entry levels to study a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Jane has first-hand knowledge and understanding of the NDIS system, being a mum to two sons who have disabilities. Jane is committed to helping them achieve their goals and be fully included in community life.

Jane brings passion, empathy, and a diligent approach to her role, and she gives an elevated level of support to the team so Connect4U Australia can continue to deliver high quality and person-centred support to participants.

Marita - NDIS Support Administration

Marita Cummings

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Marita is a seasoned administration officer with decades of administrative management experience. Marita has previously worked with various health organisations here and abroad, including with the public service supporting community members with chronic diseases.

Marita recognises the importance of, and is passionate about, contributing to help people overcome their challenges and be recognised as contributing members of the community – values she mutually shares with Connect4U Australia.

Outside of work, Marita finds joy tending to her herb garden at a family farm and going on long walks. Her happy place is being able to spend time with her grandchildren and fur-babies.
