Andrew Walters​

General Manager​

Andrew established Connect4U in 2019 after seeing a need in the marketplace for NDIS participants to have access to truly independent advice, free from actual and perceived conflicts of interest. Andrew has a Bachelor of Social Science and a Graduate Certificate in Human Service Management and with more than 20 years’ experience working in the disability and child safety fields, has a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for people with complex support needs. Andrew understands on a personal level how the impacts of a disability can affect families and ensures that Connect4U Australia always works compassionately and collaboratively with NDIS participants, their families and stakeholders to help people exercise choice and control over their lives.

Kylie Meyers​

Manager - Gold Coast & Northern NSW

NDIS Support Coordinator Kylie

Kylie is a compassionate, motivated and committed professional with a strong employment history in the community services sector. Kylie supports a family member with a disability and is committed to ensuring the best opportunities and supports are available to improve their quality of life. With a Diploma in Community Services, Certificate 4 in Mental Health and a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, including legislative frameworks and industry standards, Kylie demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing NDIS plans that meet the complex and multifaceted needs of NDIS participants. Kylie’s key capabilities include psycho-social support, case planning, outreach support and service management.

Margie McNamara​

Support Coordinator​

Margie has a lifetime of experience advocating for family members with a disability. Margie has a Bachelor of Mass Communication and a Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences, and over 25 years’ experience in government roles in disability support, program management, community engagement and human services change management. Passionate and enthusiastic, Margie takes a collaborative approach with NDIS participants, building trusting relationships by listening to people and helping them and their families plan, design and implement creative solutions to address complex issues to help people be more included in the day-to-day life of their communities.

Carolyn Baker​

Support Coordinator​

NDIS Support Coordinator Carolyn

Carolyn has over 20 years' of life experience in caring, supporting, and advocating for family members with disabilities, leading Carolyn to pursue a career in this industry. She has also worked within the education system, supporting children with a range of disabilities. Carolyn is passionate about working closely supporting participants and their families to explore and connect them with the services and supports required to help achieve their goals. She believes that good communication is essential to building and maintaining strong relationships and is imperative to achieve successful outcomes. Carolyn recognises that each participant has their own unique needs and strives to tailor solutions to maximise positive outcomes. She encourages choice and control over services and providers to ensure as much independence as possible. Carolyn cares deeply about helping people and enhancing their quality of life.

Bobbie Vaclavik​

NDIS Support Coordinator Bobbie

Bobbie has had extensive industry experience providing care and support, giving her first hand knowledge of the NDIS and what support options are available. Bobbie goes above and beyond to ensure participants receive the support they need and can navigate complex situations to reach positive outcomes for all parties involved. Bobbie is focussed on open communication and building strong relationships and takes pride in seeing NDIS participants being able to have an improved quality of life.

Michelle Daly​

Support Coordinator​

Michelle NDIS Coordinator

Michelle is a strong advocate for a family member with a disability and has been extensively involved in supporting them to achieve their goals. With a Bachelor of Teaching – Early Childhood, and more than ten years’ experience working with students of all abilities in primary and secondary schools, Michelle believes that excellent communication with her clients, their families and other stakeholders produces fantastic outcomes. Michelle is a team player who will work collaboratively to build the capacity for NDIS participants to access their communities in a safe and supported manner and improve their quality of life.

Saphire Dobbie​

Saphire NDIS Coordinator

Saphire has extensive personal and professional experience in supporting people with a disability. Saphire first stepped into this role when a close family member needed support in navigating their way through the NDIS and their plan. Following this, she gained experience supporting participants in the community and in their home in a support worker role. Saphire has first hand knowledge when it comes to supporting people with disabilities to build their independence and their capacity. Saphire has a background in senior management, spanning the past five years, which has provided her with the skills, knowledge and experience to communicate with and coordinate people with many different backgrounds, cultures and beliefs. Saphire is passionate, thorough, hard working and committed to providing excellent service and support in her role as a Support Coordinator.

Ben NDIS Coordinator

Ben is a motivated and resourceful all-rounder. With dual Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Law and a background in government disability services, Ben has expertise in developing positive relationships with stakeholders and brings diverse knowledge and critical thinking to his work. Ben is results-focussed and committed to connecting NDIS participants to service providers and support networks to help them achieve the best outcomes from their plans.

Liam has over 8 years’ experience working in the not-for-profit sector and has a passion for community mental health. With a background in Communications, Liam enjoys developing strong relationships with stakeholders, including participants, families and support providers. Liam is committed to understanding his clients and delivering the best outcomes for their plans by connecting them to the right services and supports.

Angie Strong

Angie has 18 years of extensive industry experience providing care, support and client package management, as well as a background working for 11 years in the education system. Angie takes a compassionate and highly professional approach to supporting participants by exploring individual needs, goals and identifying necessary supports for people to live valued and fulfilling lives. Believing strong relationships are built through good communication between participants, families and other stakeholders, Angie consistently seeks to support participants to achieve positive outcomes and realise their full potential as connected and contributing members to their local communities.

Jeff Masters

Support Coordinator - Jeff

Jeff is an experienced mental health worker, including having management experience in Mental Health Rehabilitation, and has also worked as a Maintaining Tenancy Worker for a homelessness service on the Gold Coast. Jeff maintains a focus on delivering positive outcomes for the individuals he supports and understands the importance of developing good relationships between stakeholders. Jeff strongly believes in the principle of a meaningful day and his practice is based on this. Passionate about his role as a Support Coordinator with Connect4U Australia, Jeff always looks forward to working with participants to implement quality NDIS supports with providers who can help them work towards their goals.

Sonia Efendy

Support Coordinator​

Support Coordinator - Sonia

Sonia is an experienced professional specialising in supporting participants with neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, Acquired Brain Injury, and psychosocial disabilities. With a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland, Sonia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise working in various government and community areas, including NDIS, QLD Health, Services Australia, aged care, dementia support and CALD communities. Sonia empowers her participants to achieve their goals and walks alongside them in their NDIS journey.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practicing Accountant with many years’ experience in government financial administration. Elizabeth understands the NDIS system as she also supports a family member with a disability to achieve their goals and become more included in community life. Elizabeth brings a calm, caring and organised approach to the job, and keeps the business of Connect4U Australia running smoothly.

Support Coordinator

Support Coordinator - Abey

Abey is a driven, passionate individual who helps clients build and maintain meaningful working relationships with providers, so that they can live life on their own terms. Abey is multilingual and culturally diverse and has the ability to establish lasting personal and professional relationships under a variety of circumstances. Abey has a Bachelor of Commerce and dual Masters in Professional Accounting and Business Administration. Abey is skilled at developing and monitoring budgets and coordinating support providers who will work hard so participants can make the most of their NDIS plans.
