Connect4U Australia Team Meeting – Final Meeting for 2023

Team meetings are an excellent opportunity for the Connect4U Australia Support Coordination Team to get together to share information, discuss issues, and plan how to improve our services for the Participants we support.

On Monday 4th December, the Connect4U Australia team will have its final meeting for 2023. During this meeting we will review our progress over the year against our 2023 strategic Plan, acknowledge our successes, and reflect on the things that we can improve on. this will form valuable input into the next iteration of our Strategic Plan.
