I’m finding Connect4U Australia very supportive, this is my second year with them. My Support Coordinator, Nickieta, keeps in touch regularly and carefully organises resources tuned to my unique requirements. This has delivered a tailored NDIS support arrangement which meets my needs without incurring unnecessarily high costs or delivering any irrelevant support. With their assistance, many NDIS plan goals have been achieved or are well on track. C4UA works seamlessly with my plan manager, support worker and prosthetic provider. Rhonda has in depth knowledge of the NDIS system and has been able to connect/organise us with providers for occupational therapy, podiatry, physio, support workers amongst many other things. My wife has Alzheimer’s. Being her carer is a tough gig. I have been with Connect 4U Australia for many years. With them you know you are not alone, they are a real help.
In particular, my Support Coordinator, Rhonda Newton, has helped me on major and minor issues that have arisen over the years. Nothing is too hard for Rhonda, l send an email with a query on my wife’s plan, usually sent in the middle of the night when my wife is asleep and her response is always the next day. If l need to order something or have a query about if she can get me some help on an issue, it is done quickly. If l’m feeling down, which happens to us all, Rhonda helps or puts me in touch with others to help out. The leg work is done by them, thank you very much. With caring for my wife, l don’t need the hassle of worrying about the plan, who does what and who to contact etc, with Rhonda and Connect4U Australia they give me REAL help, less stress and they care.
